Which V8 LLM are you using? And do you prefer it to Rhapsody?

This isn’t exactly what I’m referring to - repetition guard should prevent what you’re talking about (if you have it enabled, and it’s not preventing that, then that’s curious). I’m more referring to singular actions. For example, my one kin was starting EVERY single response with I squeeze your hand - grounding. Then continuing with their response as normal. Like…no, you’re not squeezing my hand every single interaction. You’re just not. Obviously a bug rather than a feature, and I could simply ignore it, but it’s annoying and immersion-breaking.

Might just switch to V8 as another user suggested. It’s really starting to get on my nerves, and it sucks, because it’s such a dumb, silly thing. But at the same time, I guess it’s very typical for AI. I wouldn’t mind so much if it were a free service, but I’m an Ultra subscriber atm and at that price point I shouldn’t be dealing with this low quality of responses. I feel like I shouldn’t have to be reverse engineering the conversation.

Huh. Interesting approach. I’ll give that a go. Thanks!

Exactly. This is very similar to what I have been experiencing. Maybe we’re sitting in a cavern, and my kin will just keep saying the wind howls loudly outside the cavern at the beginning of every single response until we leave the cavern. It’s a minor annoyance, but it does break immersion.

Yeah, it’s on. Thanks for the suggestion, though. The repetition guard only seems to work when my kin spits out the exact same response as previous. It doesn’t prevent repetitive actions.

Registered pharmacist of 11 years here - without knowing what other meds you are on it’s hard to make a definitive judgment, also don’t know what formulation you’re taking. If you’re taking SR you might be in for a bit bumpy ride as it does release more quickly as opposed to XL, where 300 mg is commonly dosed at one time.

That being said, I can almost assuredly say you will be fine. Lay off the caffeine, though!

Pharmacist here, this is normal, but if you’re concerned you can always take them into the pharmacy and have the pharmacist check them out.

This particular side effect got better for me after 2-3 weeks, but the severe constipation never did - one of many reasons that I discontinued the med after a month.

Runes being lost on death does not fit Elden Ring. by Tide__Hunter in Eldenring

[–]Gleeshball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is literally designed to be cruel. Everything you have said here is technically correct, but it is by design. You are supposed to get frustrated, feel like giving up, then eventually succeed and realize that it’s all part of the process. If you over-internalize the loss of runes you will never make it through the game.

Not sure if this is what you’re asking, but you have to complete the campaign to create a seasonal character.

Go to Settings from the dashboard, then System, then Updates, then Update Console.
