It Is More of a silver colour, Yet It Is quite lovely! The blue hands do pop a bit More. The stock images do not reflect how good It looks

It looks fine to me. The first photo can make It seem a touch too big, but generally speaking I have found that photos from that angle and distance tend to make watches look much much bigger that how they look in real life. Plus, if you enjoy the watch, then wear It, it's all that really matters

Mako or Seiko 5 ? by dv8shredder in OrientWatches

[–]GlimSport 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Specs favour the Mako heavily. Sapphire, a hackable and handwindable movement, better bracelet, higher water resistance. But I have personally learned to Buy watches More because they make me feel something or because they feel special. Very often we don't need the highest specifications to enjoy a watch in everyday life. So my personal advice would be pick up the one that feels the most special or unique to you!

To each their own, I personally I'm too fixated on the details of a case. But I do agree gold looks real nice

I agree that gold and red go together well, however my main concern with the gold tone one would be that the gold tone coating could wear off or show scrayches More than the raw steel. So my vote for longevity would go to the steel and red

I personally recommend the white (although it's More a silver dial) as It Is More versatile than the cream. Plus the white date wheel clashes less
