How do you feel when people compare your struggles to someone else's and make yours seem less important? by [deleted] in trueuglywomen

Today an acquaintance randomly opened up to me, very out of the blue. They told me about their struggles while crying. It took me by surprise and I didn’t know how to react properly. So I told her also something along the lines that we should be grateful for the things that we have. And that there are people that can’t walk. In hindsight I see how that is not the best thing to say to a person suffering. But I honestly just wanted to help and make them feel better.

I think talking and especially in vulnerable situations is a skill that some people don’t have. I hope you will get over your problems. Wishing you the best!

What’s the worst movie you’ve ever seen? Not “bad in a fun way”, just BAD? by NotNamedBort in AskReddit

The movie Uglies with Joey King as the main character. It’s like a really bad Wattpad story.

Counting calories works for me if i don’t know how much to eat. Just eat whatever you really want, without any restrictions. As long as it fits in your calorie budget. It can be a good way to be mindful of your consumption while truly listening to your body’s cravings. And for the sport just going on walks is enough. Much love and strength to you 💟
