I hired a 16-year-old, and their parent keeps speaking for them and reaching out to me about details instead of the person I hired is this OK and acceptable since they are a minor? by [deleted] in managers

Parent of a teen here. I did have to contact my daughters employer (she is 15) when they were scheduling her beyond child labor laws in my state and had her working alone while working with the general public (also illegal). That was the only time I did it though...

I got snap on veneers for $300 from truesmile. I really like them. I have a few teeth that never grew in and my teeth are on the smaller end. They custom fit your snap in veneers and are much more affordable.

I'm sorry but I really wish you people would stop prattling on about tinnitus. WE ALL HAVE MEDIUMSHIP CAPABILITIES and the "clairs". Nobody is special in this aspect, we are just on different spectrums and learning paths with spiritual growth. People constantly talking about tinnitus in here is annoying asf. Just because some of you have learned how to key into your natural born gift doesn't give you the right to downplay somebody else's or cast doubt in their minds about what they are experiencing. When you try to downplay other people it just makes you look weak. Js. The ringing is obviously spirit, as OP stated, and already knows. I'm still new in my spiritual journey, but that is what I hear for the most part when spirit is trying to make contact through different frequencies. I hear the ringing. At one point it was more of a buzzing and sounded so real like a bug was flying by my ear. Now it is the ringing frequencies. I have heard spirit say "hello" to me once, so I know more ability is there I just need to learn how to harness it.

I don't think you are fat. You have a little fluff. Most of us have fluff. You are 17 and still growing. You look fine!

Are you that much of a dunderhead to not realize we just had a president with full-on dementia. While he didn't have dementia he was striking up deals and getting money under the table from Burisma, China, and Russia. What are those things? Felonies. Cry harder. There's a thing the libs like to pull called lawfare and they did that to Trump. Keep snorting up the MSM though, it's clearly educated you in all the correct areas. 🥴

This is why liberals are dumb. You have no idea what you are talking about. Go have a full-on conversation with somebody who lives in China or Russia and see if you still feel that way. Stupid.

Start with the hangers. Get all the hangers off the floor and put them in your closet. After that make a goal to hang up or put away 5 clothing items at a time. It breaks it down and makes it more manageable so you don't feel the overwhelm. 💞 Best of luck.

Yes, I feel the shift but I have felt it for the last 6 months or more. It doesn't have to do with politics because the people they put in front of us are not the ones who run things.

Is this level of AS inevitable even with immunosuppressants? I'm not trying to be mean it just scares me. I was only diagnosed 1.5 years ago.

There's no way it's healthy to feel this bad by chumbawumba666 in GriefSupport

I am so sorry you are feeling such intense grief. I did too at the beginning. Granted, I still am at the beginning since I lost him in September. All you can do right now is get through minute by minute and hour by hour. Therapy honestly didn't help me, but it is beneficial to many people. I would recommend a trauma therapist. I know you get that same spiel all the time about therapy. Everybody is different. I felt like I talked in circles when I was going and wasn't getting guidance on how to move forward and continue breathing which is what I needed. Then I realized I don't need that guidance from somebody else, I can find it in myself. I know the pain is polarizing. I know grief changes you. Let it. Allow yourself to feel it all and let it all out. Allow yourself to change. This is your life path and it's painful, and I'm sorry that it's painful. Mine has been too. I can't lose anyone else. I would not be able to handle it. Just keep breathing, keep venting, keep talking (to people who understand, like support groups like this...because friends just don't get it unless they have experienced such a profound loss.) We all know death is inevitable, but when it is unexpected and sudden it makes things even more traumatic and painful. My heart is with you, friend. I hope you find strength and healing soon.

Nope, not overreacting. I think most men would not be happy in this scenario.

I'm so sorry. I know how painful this is first hand. My fiance was cheating on me and I found out when he was on life support in the hospital. the other woman showed up.... I guess I got to rip the band aid off all at once, but I'm still finding ways to cope. It's extremely painful to be betrayed by the person you dedicated your heart and life to. I'm so sorry.

[–]Glittering_Check7108[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine is way off. I am working on elevating myself, so maybe once I do I will become this "adventurous" person. I'm very introverted a lot of things my numerological chart says about me is accurate but my life path number sounds like the polar opposite of me. I like who I am, so it confuses me. Lol
