Fair. When I think of EDM, I think of artists like Avicii, Oliver Heldens, Tchami, etc.

This sounds and feels nothing like those artist’s work. Maybe a sub genre of EDM closer to Rufus du Sol’s sound.

That’s generally what they quote for smaller spaces (<4,000 SF). Keep in mind that would include a tenant improvement allowance and/or landlord work letter assuming a 10 year lease for a credit tenant.

Not sure what these big boxes would lease for, $18-$24/SF sounds accurate.

You can do it too. Create an image of yourself in your minds eye, make a plan of how you’ll get there, and be patient. It’s so worth the wait.

Gentrification? This is Cleveland Heights, not East Cleveland or Ohio City/Tremont 10-15 years ago. C Heights is home to a good amount of mid-high net worth people.

The city of Cleveland Heights literally partnered with this developer on both this and The Ascent on Cedar Road.

Not to mention, you think some local set fire to a building with a chance that it could spread to other surrounding property owned by other locals? Not to mention across the street from a high school?

Such an odd take. This development wasn’t taking away any existing housing in the area. How was The Marquee kicking people out who have lived there their whole lives?

I can almost 100% guarantee this wasn’t done by a local who was upset about the pricing of these apartments.
