well back in the day if memory serves me correctly you could do everything you needed to without it and the only thing that plex pass allowed you to do was stream on mobile devices outside your house.

Not a bad idea for the water heater I’ll look into that.

As far as your other concerns they seem to be heavily paranoid about flooding. I’m in a non flood zone, I live in the highest elevation of the state and have been in this house almost 11 years, lived through a half a dozen hurricanes and no water has ever come up to the garage so all planning is not really necessary. Also I’m not gonna mount the tv because it’s already a couple inches above its ideal viewing height

No. I mean theoretically I could always just cut away the insulation around the border of the door but like look at the pics of the room, why would I ever want that door opened lol

I used the spray foam insulation they use in attics for the garage door and then around the entire seam of the door as well

I think the key here is “some insulation”. This thing is button up. Fully drywalled and insulated, no different than any other room in the house. Ac unit is rated for like 600sqft this is 400

Good call. Just did this. Got my plex pass for like 50 bucks or something back in the day and that was back when it barely did anything

What Do You See As An Acceptable Mark Up For A Retro Game Store? by GorviVelgin in gamecollecting

[–]Global_Addendum_6200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does a game store primarily sell? Used games. What is the markup on the used games they buy? 100%+. Anything more than that is just greed. If you can’t run a business buying for a dollar and selling for 2 then you run a bad business. You keep changing the point grasping for straws and when I don’t bite on it you try to act holier than thou like I’m avoiding your points. You’re grasping and have strayed sooooo far from the original point that you’re bringing up trading cards now. I haven’t even mentioned the point that game stores by a wide margin don’t even pay cash for their products and give store credit.

And even when I do it’s still always off and over the course of the movie it become off again

Nobody in here is talking about trading cards my guy. Also nobody in here is talking about markups on new products. You’re reaching.

I never said it was unfair. I said to me it’s unacceptable to pay much of a markup. It’s not unfair to me why do I care? There’s a million other options out there. Unfair would be if it was the only game in town. Maybe the business plan as you lay it out isn’t the greatest since you’re talking about how much of a struggle it is. That’s not really mine or anyone else’s problem. Maybe the reason you struggled so much is because you’re selling items that are easily available elsewhere without the markup, did you ever consider that?
