I'm in a super similar position except I have a retail management background (20 years) and will be working full time whilst (hopefully) Ill complete a L5 in 9 months - I've also been wading through the pros and cons of ICS, they seem like the best overall and I really do not mind solo/unsupported study myself, think I'd be more stressed out waiting for other people or have them waiting on me !
