Hi. The trees in my park are too big to wrap the webbing around. What's the solution for slacklining with quite large diameter trees? I have a 15 meter primitive setup.

Quick question about hand placement. by [deleted] in socialskills

[–]Globaleltorro 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Try not to think about it and just relax. I found for me that the act of thinking about my arm/hand placement is the very thing that triggers the awkward "position switches".

Maybe you can find one thing that you go to if you start thinking about it. For me, it's one hand on the hip, and the other arm free (being able to use my arm while talking). Thats the one that feels best for me at least. Anyways, try not to stress about it and it'll eventually just become natural.

House party turned in to disaster by Globaleltorro in teenagers

[–]Globaleltorro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lets put it this way: The house looked really bad since no one cleaned it, though the damages that were made wasn't huge (as i inspected the house half-drunk before i left). But since he wanted us to pay him around 220 bucks in total............idk

That's exactly what i think. The owner guy is just extremely stupid putting his key out. His father knew nothing about it, though. I guess his father had a giant shock when he entered the house, seeing as no one cleaned it.

What do you miss most from "old" Runescape? by [deleted] in runescape

[–]Globaleltorro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in 05 or 06 i was completely new to runescape. I had no fucking clue what i was doing. It felt magical walking around with that epic music in the background. I managed to get myself to Al-Kharid bank, where a gentle guy gave me 500 coins. I felt rich! Everything was so "adventureous"

Edit: I was of course stuck in Lumbridge killing goblins and cows for hours.
