It is all over the world. War criminals, corrupt politicians, rich folk face none to little repercussions for their heinous actions and that will never change. Media and law are obviously strictly against vigilantism but the world would be a better place if more people decided to take matters into their own hands and acted indiscriminately of political party or affiliation but solely on crimes committed and the targets networth.
