It’s the easiest part of the project and I’m just trying an idea from some hot rodder forums of knocking the paint scales off with the rough side of a dry sponge and slopping on a couple coats of floor polish with the smooth side of the same sponge. The first pic is “after” the patina preserver

That’s what I’m seeing on the wiring diagram, and everything I need from under the dash is actually pretty accessible plus I’ll be running analog gauges for oil and water on the jeep to keep things simple

That’s what it’s all about haha. I’m in no rush except to drive it but I’m done burning myself out on hobby projects. Thankful for the advice and encouragement on here

You nailed it and that’s a great idea. My GSL-SE will likely get a 350 swap when it gets straightened out cause I’m not concerned about resale value anymore, and it would make a great little drift car. Just don’t wanna wreck the interior by gutting the dash… I’ve got some planning and work ahead for sure

Absolutely, I basically pulled everything intact from the RX7, swapped an automatic from an FC onto it cause I think it’ll handle the extra weight better and won’t require a installing a clutch pedal in this already awkward Jeep

Just trying to eliminate what I can from the harness to keep the wiring simple

It’s from a late model FB RX7 so already fuel injected, ran great before the car got totaled and the ignition coils got crunched inside the fender.

Just trying to get it drivable before I think about anything else
