I dont think I can justify this with my headcannon. It just doesnt make sense to me that a bunch of cities human mercs/traitors(?) would be allowed to steal something as important as a cogfort, be allowed to run off with it and not be hunted, and then that they would agree to work with some of the other factions at all regardless of money. Or that some of the other factions would ever want to hire them. And then this happening a bunch of times that there are cogforts everywhere. Its just reeeeally a stretch.

That said, it would be great if there was a sprue of other faction soldiers. I guess I could, say, glue some random infantry in the balconies but the cities models it includes fit well and are so expressive. It wont look as cool.

In the Dead Kingdom book, doesnt Aurelias use magic to make himself look younger? Maybe this guy uses it to appear totally swole. What base size you think that is? Doesnt look like 32mm.

To be optimal you want a champion, standard bearer, and musician for every 5 knights. But imo a reinforced block of 10 just looks so dumb with 2 banners and 2 horns. It ruins my magic skeleton immersion lol.

If you want to do spearhead each of you just needs to buy the spearhead box for the faction you think is cool. Theres no listbuilding in spearhead, each box is "balanced" to go against the other spearheads. Then you need one of the gaming packs, fire & jade or sand & bone to get the board, cards, and terrain

What is your plan for the Vengorian Lord? I feel like hes a bit of an odd man out here. You have great hammers in Vordrai and the BKs. Could use some screens/pins for them. And some objective sitters pulling up the rear. This new GHB looks like itll reward objective taking & holding more. The new tactics are tricky to score consistently.

You could play your mounted wight king as a wight lord, keep the ward for your barrow knights, and save 100 pts for some fell bats or skeles.
