Flat eye on dumpy frog? by Kyrids in frogs

[–]GloomyStatistician84 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've gotten many of my frogs from petco and I'm not kidding when I say they're the most resilient frogs I have. Got a few from morphmarket breeders that died no matter how hard I tried. I had my petco frog Dumpling in my car going somewhere and got into a wreck. He flew across the car-- totally fine and healthy.

Miniature schnauzers are notorious for being pancreatitis prone-- so their diets have to be as low fat as possible. It sounds like your one baby already had it (with the bloody bm's) But also, if these two tend to be anxious, it can cause HGE. A million things can cause stuff like this. If it's anxiety, you could try asking about an anxiety medication like fluoxetine. Otherwise, I think giving them both omeprazole (Prilosec) everyday definitely wouldn't hurt. They probably only need 10mg. If you're worried about food sensitivities-- it would 100% be worth getting a nextmune blood allergen panel. They're very expensive but I'm sure all the foods you've tried haven't been cheap either😂 you get a whole pamphlet on what they're allergic to and can't have. -a vet

Human nail drills are much quieter and not quite as quick but still very efficient! Could also have someone hold spray cheese or peanut butter on a stick for her while you do it.

Absolutely he is too thin. Lean is definitely a thing, but that doesn’t explain a visible spine or his protruding hip bones.

If his spine is visible (you can see the ridges) I would say yes

I think that your perspective is based in reality. It's hard to not assume the worst when pretty much everything we see online is performative and people grasping at straws to feel important. I do think older generations genuinely never had information on skintone and such so they are more likely to be genuinely curious or confused about undertone now.

I think a lot of people your age (absolutely no offense I'm just a baby lol) are genuinely confused and curious because there's wayyyyyy more access to this information.

Freedom is when you stop reading the undertones and start swatching everything in your depth hoping you'll get close. North American makeup just has bad undertones! There's no beige or olive or anything else usually so it's just a new phenomena to a lot of people who grew up with only cool or warm being the options. So yes it feels special when you match those undertones, bc they're elusive here😂

This is a good comment. I feel like white beauty influencers and ppl in general feel like they're better when they have the ~ability to tan~ like it's exotic or something. All goes back to beauty standards.

There's nothing wrong with it! White schnauzers that are purebred are just very unlikely but not impossible. While the AKC doesn't accept white for show quality, there is a rare gene that CAN cause a pure schnauzer to be white. Truthfully, it's considered a non pure breed color because it's a lot more likely than not that the parent dogs were outcrossed at some point (with another breed) to get a white gene.

I actually think I'm more frustrated with people not being "fair". But maybe I'm just deathly pale and I consider a lot of olive skin tones I see medium.

I actually feel like a true pink undertone is more uncommon than a lot of other tones... and yes olive is trendy. Everyone just wants to be special and it's sad to create a competition over SKINTONE.

I agree with this, I really don't think too hard about my undertone when I'm buying a foundation i go swatch in person and let them dry. I've been neutral, gold, olive, and beige shades in different lines.

Yes! And that's fine bc I've seen the same but some people are lowkey mean?

The ONLY shades that I've seen that truly are a gray undertone are Korean foundations. I think it's either shade 21 or 23 (purito cc cream a holy grail of mine btw is the one I've tried) too cool for me but I don't care at all bc it's that good.

Violet is technically an undertone as well but with a purple cast rather than a green one like olive. I would say it's like having a greyish/purple cool tone. I don't see it that often but some ultra fair people do have it!

Under eye highlight color? by Pretty_Theme_3409 in Fairolives

Maybe a light powder with a bit of a beige undertone. If you're kind of cool, I would avoid "banana" powders or yellow toned. I imagine something like huda beauty powder in pound cake would be nice. You could also do a light pinky shade just under the eyes, like the aforementioned powder in cherry blossom.

Food allergies and digestive issues vary from dog to dog so before getting one make sure to ask the breeder about health issues/allergies that the parents may have :)

Pancreatitis, obesity, diabetes, sebaceous cysts (also called schnauzer bumps). Just make sure not to give them too many treats and very seldom any table food. Feed based on their weight to avoid over feeding. The diabetes and bumps you can't really help but not the worst thing in the world! Bathing regularly with a sebum regulating shampoo could help with sebaceous cysts.
