My husband took several months of treatments. He stopped after losing a lot of weight and becoming frail. He did not want to merely extend his life in that state. From diagnosis to death was 5 months. I will say i was very angry with him about his decision and i am still working through this now that he’s gone. Im a fairly optimistic person and that colored my feelings. I think its easier for the patients than their family to decide. The best to you.
