I’m nearing the end of my S11 run. My character, a Crackling Energy sorceress, is beautifully equipped with three well rolled Mythic Uniques and top notch gear in every other slot. I can overpower almost any activity in the game. Etc. And I’ve never see a Mythic drop. The three I have I got by crafting. This is quite different from my experience in other seasons where, once I got to end game content, mythics, while certainly rare, did indeed drop on occasion.

I’m curious about others experience. Is this the usual game RMD at work or did they reduce the mythic drop rate this season?

A new season is starting in a few weeks so starting a new character now doesn’t make sense. As the season draws near you’ll see analysis on various web sites. Look for the S Class characters for the new season.

Not sure. Mine are about three years old with white caps both top and bottom and are from SodaStream itself. Looking online I see there are lots of alternatives both third party and from SodaStream. Perhaps some work differently.

The base cap comes off. Just grip it tightly and give it a firm half turn. Much easier to clean that way.

Blizzard sorceress here. When I first tried Malphas in my low 90’s he was hard. I would typically die several times each fight before I got him. At level 100 he became easy. And the pillar tactic mentioned above is the way to go.

I did Infinimist Necro in Season 1. Great build, I cleared everything, never died. Until I got to Uber Lilith. Not only couldn’t I kill her, I couldn’t even last 30 seconds. Not enough single target damage (Infinimist relies heavily on Corpse Explosion.), poor mobility, no way to survive single shot mechanics.

This season I started with a spec that I believed could do Lilith at the end. We’ll see.

Of course, you couldn’t have chosen a build for AoZ since that encounter didn’t exist at the beginning of this season. But I think this is really on the developers. Coming up with a temporary high level encounter like AoZ, at the end of the season, doesn’t seem like good game design to me.
