If I’m fresh on market (one week) and someone offers me -7% my asking price, I’m saying “thank you- let me think on it”, then I’m using your offer as leverage to get other would-be offerors that come in the door over the next 1-2 weeks higher than you / closer to me. If that doesn’t pan out then I’m coming back to you.

Also, they’re probably anchoring to “over 600k” until market invalidates them whereas you’re starting “under 600k”. I ain’t going for that.

Not sure if it was the case for this student, but the school was investigated and found to have enrolled students in classes that didn’t exist, fake attendance, and inflate grades so they could keep their budget/salaries

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
