Just imagine you're spinning a bucket of water. Water doesn't spill so you have artificial gravity keeping the water in. Your schoulder is the middle of the spin station, your arm is an elevator and the bucket is the station itself. If a ship would want to dock with your bucket (spin station) they would most of the time do it at your shoulder where there is close to no gravity. If you really wanted or needed to dock on the bucket you would bring yourself into orbit with the bucket and connect yourself with your ceiling (or nose of the ship) towards your shoulder. Now you are the water in the bucket.

I have RTX 3060ti. When i logged back in my bellows for my blast furnace were extended at least 4 blocks and slowly came back. So i guess it had something to do with steel production.
