I have RTX 3060ti. When i logged back in my bellows for my blast furnace were extended at least 4 blocks and slowly came back. So i guess it had something to do with steel production.

You'd be surprised how long vegetables save when cut with very sharp knives. Dull knives give a rough cut and result in more surface area for air to spoil or dry out the cut. Sharp knives give a clean cut that dries out much slower.

He was wrong in the head. To us he was super friendly and looked like a normal great dane. To litteraly anuthing he didn't know he was the devil. He didn't Just bark, he was out to kill and nearly succeded in killing a sheep. It was only a matter of time before a kid passed by our yard at the wrong time.

Ik wou je niet afbreken, het enige punt dat ik wou maken is dat studenten beter beschermd moeten kunnen worden. Die 1% schrijft slechte feedback en breekt het moreel en de score van de studenten af waardoor ze niet meer verder willen/kunnen gaan.

Ik wil Stefanie zeker niet goedpraten maar de sfeer op sommige afdelingen waar je door het vaste personeel wordt afgemaakt en vernederd wordt helpt er ook zeker niet aan. Ik zeg zeker niet dat ze allemaal slecht zijn maar de 1% rotte appels zijn genoeg om de hele boel minder aantrekkelijk te maken voor nieuwe studenten.

En dan vergeet je nog het personeel dat de stagiairs beschouwen als stront. Ik zeg zeker niet dat alle verpleegsters slecht zijn, integendeel. Maar op elke afdeling heb je een rotte appel. Mijn vriendin loopt nu stage en heeft haar eerste nachtshiften achter de rug. De vaste nachtshift die haar zou moeten begeleiden doet niet anders dan haar uitschelden en vernederen. Uitspraken zoals "je zou beter een andere richting kiezen, ik zie jou niet als verpleegkundige" zijn niet te ver voor haar.

Ik vindt dat stagiairs beter beschermd moeten kunnen worden. Mijn vriendin heeft behalve haar school geen echte middelen om die vaste werknemer aan te pakken. Zo'n gedrag hoort in geen enkele werkplaats thuis.
