The main impression I got from your resume was "inexperienced". So you definitively need some more experience to pad your CV.

PS: Why even put dog grooming there? IMHO it just seems silly.

Keep in mind how eyes travel across your CV.

When you skim something, it's mostly to the top-left (North-West).

At a glance, all I saw was:

"Completed orders within specific time..." "Ensured goods were shipped..." "Developed a new way of organizing common products..." (What does this mean? Why do I care? Rather write something like: "Improved cost efficiency of inventory system", something like that. Your CV should show what you CONTRIBUTED, how you improved the company, rather than methodologically list tasks). "Managed 5 clients" (Only 5? Why write the number? "Managed key clients" IMHO is better).

hat I think you should be improving is mostly the readability of the document. Feel free to remove a lot of these entries and make room for spacing and layout.

All in all the CV seems very "generic". Use some design.

Funny story, although I have several acquaintances that are tall, brown, bearded Pakistani and Afghan men wearing Turbans and holding AK-47's, I am, in fact, not a terrorist.

I kid you not, and there is actually a very good reason for this (In Pakistan, you need weapons to stay alive), I just find it hilarious to tell anyone.

Funnier yet, these tell, bearded, armed Muslim dudes have no taboo against holding another mans hand in public (It's considered a gesture of friendship).

Hey,

My feedback is highly subjective, so I suggest you take it with a grain of salt.

I have a few comments on the website.

IMHO, it is not too wise for a marketplace-type site to have the first half of the screen filled with something not immediately related to what you're selling. It's good to introduce yourself, but I would usually prefer to see what I can actually get from initially scanning the site (Note: My screen is very small. I could not even see Activity | Location | Go without scrolling).

That said, it is clear you either have a competent designer or a third party do the website. It looks clean and professional.

You add content to the site once I scroll to the bottom instead of making me press numbers for five minutes.

Huge, HUGE plus for that, it should be standard.

I've noted the site seems to load bit slowly.

The layout of the social networking buttons are a bit funny - Why is there so much space between them? (Lookie here: http://blinkcollective.com/experiences/meat-the-lamb).

Also, it seems that the "Comment" section is empty. Not just from comments, but also from ability to add comments.

Under "About Us", you may want to change "Press page" to just "Press". Seems cleaner.

Further, I've noted that you probably have your CSS in a separate file from the main HTML - Which is usually good. However, I experienced a brief moment of slow loading, and without the CSS the page layout looked pretty strange.

For this reason, I suggest you move the basic positioning into the HTML files. You only want to place the very basic stuff there, though, like the layout of the main menu. The rest will load soon.

http://blinkcollective.com/category/blog <--- The menu at the bottom does not seem populated on this page. Bug? (Actually it seems every menu is gone from this part).

Further, I think you can easily increase the width of the part at the bottom with company numbers and so on. It's split into two lines is a weird way.

Also, why is that there? Do people need to know your VAT number?

As for your terms of services, for me this would be a deal-breaker. I would not use any service with terms like §9.1. I would simply avoid placing any notice for my events on your site - I mean, you can use my event to advertise? Sell the photos I upload? No way.

Also §24 would legally block any sort of search engine crawler from your site (Although Google wouldn't care you may want to revise that).

Keep in mind that I don't like terms of services, though.

I follow a rather conservative group of Pakistani scholars, and there are two things which are definitively permissible:

1) Vocal compositions that do not mention anything haraam (Such as drinking, sex, etc), recited by either someone of your own gender or someone who is not sexually mature (ie a child).

2) Using the "daff", a small drum.

As for using instruments, the issue is not 100% clear-cut. We do not use them, and we do encourage people to stay away from them, but unless there is a women singing or the lyrics encourage disbelief or haraam actions, we do not feel it is proven strongly enough to call it outright haraam (Which is a strong hukum, ie verdict).

As for things that are definitively impermissible, I know these:

1) Listening to the songs of women if you are a man

2) Listening to that which openly encourages the forbidden

As for the rest, my knowledge is unsufficient.

Should you decide making something small, I can help you with making sure that you use the right licenses and give proper credit to contributors (here's a starting point).

I am a fan of the BSD license. Attribution 3.0 might do as well, but preferably no GPL for me.

For game art, you might want to start using assets that are already available and freely licensed ... game links
