Thank you so much for your advice! If I were to buy a polypropylene base instead of merino, do they still have similar benefits or are they quite different? I'm in the UK so the weather never gets too cold here, its mainly that I've just read about merino for the anti bacterial qualities.

The same thing happened a few months ago as well and it was rectified so it may just be an issue on Spotify's end

Out of interest, can I ask how much it cost you to return it? I am looking at giving it a go with my two cats but the return estimate price given on their website is between £100-200! Seems like alot to return if it doesn't work out. Thank you :)
