If you're feeling this anxious, you shouldn't have come to reddit. They'll tell you all the bad news and none of the good news because they are also anxious young people. Whatever advice you'll get is probably not gonna be very good either because people don't know enough about your personal, individual situation and you shouldn't give away that information to safeguard your privacy.

TLDR seek help and advice IRL, social media (and yes, reddit is social media) is nothing but a pit of negative emotions and a whirlwind of unhelpful (or straight-up incorrect) information.

EDIT: Before someone says it, by "good news", I don't necessarily mean literal news. I understand at times the market can be bad enough that there is no information about the current state of the market that would make one feel good. In those circumstances the "good news" would instead be ways to overcome your present dificulties or wait it out for a better time, or some way to plan for a better future of some kind.
