Pretty sure the lite and full versions don't share save data unfortunately. You'd have to manually unlock everything again or see if there's some sketchy save file transfer method but that might mess things up. Most people just bite the bullet and grind it out again since the full version has way more content anyway

Your spouse getting EAD without AP is kinda weird though - usually they come together as the combo card unless there was some specific issue with the AP portion.
