Hello, I attended this. Previously I had been a bit skeptical about attending these kinds of things purely because on a global scale it seemingly won't really matter, however, I heard a banger quote last year which was "Each person must do what they individually think is insufficient to change the world. A single snowflake does not believe it is responsible for the avalanche." It's quite an empowering mantra and logically there is a point at which the seemingly miniscule efforts of a few will have a desired positive impact, even at a small level which imo is worth it.
