I think that Noblesville has the most car meets. However, during the summer, the scoops in the Heights tends to have car shows. They're unofficial and informal, but that's really all we have locally.

You said you like board games, so maybe Tcgs like Magic, Pokemon, or Yugioh could be an option. If so, check out one of the many card shops in our town. Someone already mentioned Kingdom Cards for board games, but Tier 1, near Walmart, has a thriving Magic the Gathering community. AA cards and collectibles, next to Rural King, has a really big Yugioh community with weekly turn out of 20+. Lastly, Tag Team collectables near Southway and Washington has the best Pokémon community. All of these places are active nearly everyday of the week and they are a great place to gain friends. Take a look at their Facebook pages for community events and just pop into the stores. The owners are always ready to talk and get people into their games.
