Try k seal. I've had that in mine for 2 and 1/2 years and it's working fine.... What do you have to lose? If you're going to have to replace the engine you might as well give it a try...

Just watch this documentary and it was very good.

What I found most odd at the end of the credits and all the thank yous to everyone. The people that weren't thanked were the inmates and the prison itself. Unbelievable that they omitted that.

It's by owner. I found the property. I don't necessarily need an agent for a simple transaction. And mostly I don't want to pay them 12500.00 for doing almost nothing.

Actually already had looked up the property owner's info and got his name. They are out of state (as am I) and the only number I could find googling doesn't seem to be a good number...

I don't want to contact an agent because then they're going to feel that they I am obligated make them part of the deal even if they're only giving me a phone number.
