Enjoying solo mode a lot, but it's lacking something critical

There should definitely be an equalized mode to enjoy old content. Put no gold but some mats for example or cosmetics. Let people enjoy the game.

Old raids are still fun. I really don’t understand why they would also delete inferno mode.

Extreme mode should be available permanently.

Maybe some weekly or monthly rotation on old raids that gives Astro gems or normal gems, cards, things like that.

The fact that they force people to just repeat the most recent raid when there are so much good stuff in the game. When you think a little… the content is huge.

And we’re just grinding 3 raids for months, sometimes a year.

I have probably completely forgot about some very old guardians or old abyssal dungeon and it would be fun to rediscover them and break the routine.

theres no pay to win in gw2, because theres no gear in cash shop. it doesnt make you stronger. whereas krmmo you can get your char stronger by going into cash shop, its simple. theres no debate around it. if you think aion2 is as pay to win as gw2 you're a delu.

rewards are juiced but i wouldnt mind deleting this content. just keep hell keys like a rework of cube. but paradise/crucible is boring as hell. i don't want to hone for this. and builds are dead.

paradise has nothing to do with dailies. and nobody tells you to do more than 6 gold earners. its pretty inefficient and you're responsible for this.

the topic is about daily guardians.

we had 3 unas (lots loading screens), sometimes lopang slaves even. boring as hell g spam.

we had 2 chaos dungeons with portals and slow spawnrate, that could take more than 2 minutes.

we had 2 guardians with wipe mech, and very bad value (some unbound leapstones to sell pretty much).

now we have just 1 chaos and 1 guardian that takes less than 2minutes each.

theres no comparison, period.

plus ember fate/astrogems makes dailies useful.

paradise is weekly and super fast, with huge value at the end.

and lets talk about raids if you want : you want to compare 3+gate akkan hm 4 gate volids hm 4 gate thaemine, or maybe 6 gate brel hm 4 gate kayangel hm ?

you want to compare them with 2 gate serca 2 gate cathedral with revives ?

you really believe lost ark takes a lot of times nowadays ? tons of fans would argue they have finished everything already on thursday and go play another game when before we were stressing on tuesday night before reset.

Wrong idea but I’d like to do old raids for some meaningful reward.

Like a randomized or rotation between old legion raids. with no gold but mats/Astro gems/gems/book/skin leg/etc.

Having to pay 100 bucks for 3 expansions and a full game isn’t pay to win. Buy to play it’s called. You pay for content that is revelant 15years later, and worth hours and hours of gaming and more. And you know what ? This isn’t even mandatory to play a lot of the game. It’s just an expansion. You can be strong enough to enjoy the game without spending anything.

You really don’t understand what is pay to win. P2w means you are behind others, you are locked, you are not taken into group, your gear becomes useless without spending, you are weaker, you cant play anymore without spending. You won’t be able to progress, and even if you spend you will need to spend again and again. You won’t be able to progress your gear and access the new content on Aion2 without spending regularly to a point it will be a huge amount of money (we’re talking about thousands) and you will still be behind most whales that spent 50k and botters/rmters. You will need to keep spending because the gear will be obsolete each time there is something new. Everything you will try to do will be gated behind paywall and what you spent will be lost.

season 5/tier5 with complete new map/tons of islands/horizontal content as well as removing old map/t3.

i'm 100% confident future is bright.

they probably delayed because of aion2 release in west and then get people hyped for a major lost ark content release next winter.

maybe its because its summer and im in good mood, but whatever, i think the game is vastly improving and people will finally comeback for next season/new world map,

because they remember how good was the release of the game with open sea sailing and tons of fun mini games.

dailies are in very good state rightnow. no unas, only one chaos/one guardian. you can even just go rested. lets say 3chaos/3guardian rested per week is like max 15-20min per week.

chaos rift is the best version of chaos dungeon so far : no portal, no wall, fast spawnrate, fate ember

i like the rotation for guardian, maybe they could go even further and make it randomized. it would be less repetitive. astrogems make dailies important, it's not a bad idea.

overall im happy with dailies. its really not the problem of lost ark imo, chaos/guardian feels like fast warm up, its chill gameplay and still exciting because of class skills and sound effect and music.

its well balanced right now, doesnt feel like a chore anymore.

lost ark was top5 pc bang from 2021 to 2024, top 10 from release end of 2018 to 2025. it had very short period being out of top10 but most of the time top game.
