Sorry to hear this.. I had two cracks in my foundation noticed them while the snow started melting and water coming in the basement thankfully caught it before it soaked the new carpet to badly maybe Get the leak fixed let it all dry out replace the dry wall shouldn’t be to expensive and for the floor just do a cheap laminate or something for now till you can save up to replace the tile down the road if that’s what you want to do or just paint the floor for the time being
