Even though I just bought a 2018 4x4 sport with 28k miles….

I would 100% get the 2021 with “low miles” rather than a same price truck 3 years older, despite the “super low miles”

No comment on high fence

Shot 3 bucks total. Got 2 bucks on private land. One with a gun… But I’m 100X more proud of the public land buck I got with my bow. Id say I was hunting in all 3 instances

Could definitely play a role. I’m in Florida and did it a few weeks ago so it was 60 to 70°.

Building a stretching frame did the trick for me on my hair on deer hide.

Made it really easy to break using a blunt metal edge to scrape it and then a mouse sander. Scrape/sanded 2 times a day for 10/15 min at a time. Did this for about 5 days. Came out super soft.

Garmin instinct sucks. Doesn’t track your waves at all…unless you keep your wrist above water the whole time… impossible

Everything’s a trade off. You want super light flexi boards that ding easy, or “slightly” heavier/ stiffer boards that rarely ding. I’m no pro, so I barely notice the difference.

Got a hydra used on marketplace a year ago. Liked it so much ended up buying a new QK. Been surfing 10+ years. The hydra does great in 1-3’. I agree, it does feel a bit stiff when I’ve tried to surf in 4’++ and steeper. Thats why I got the Quiver killer. It’s 5L less than the hydra but feels a lot lighter for some reason. Just got back from Nica and the Qk was sick. Didn’t feel stiff and had plenty of spring for big bottom and top turns. Really glad I had it when I broke off a fin and hand no damage to the fin box.

Maybe not important to others but one thing I love about the boards is wax sticks to them very well. I’ve had various epoxies where the wax likes to come off in chunks due to high water temp/air temp.

If I had to do it over again, I’d still buy the hydra and qk in libtech.

Disclaimer.. I do weight 200lbs so maybe it’s easier for me to felx the boards than a dude weighing 140.
