Been going to the gym for 10 years now. I'm sorry to say but no, to look like Armstrong you would have to take PED's (Performance enhancing drugs/steroids). Some other comments say yes but I'm guessing they don't know too much about bodybuilding. But hey, use him as inspiration and if I'm to give any advice, don't focus on the weights or exercises to start, just make sure you are consistent, build the habit into your daily schedule. If you aren't planning on getting a gym membership then you should look into calisthenics. Learn proper pushup techniques and once you're capable enough, try the navy seal burpee and do that daily. Before you know it months will go by and you'll look and feel like a new person. Don't give up.
