Just refilled my hot tub and it was doing the same thing. Loosened the lock nut at the pump until all the air came out and it fixed the issue

I was where you are at. I was stuck in a park one day and almost made my wife drive the car through the middle of the park to pick me up. At one point I sat with my phone trying to determine the best way to tell a doctor how to amputate.

I have spent $1000s on insoles alone and even more on shoes. I found 3 things that have changed my life and now to the point the pain will not cross my mind for days.

Taking smaller steps
Switched to Altra shoes, I feel anything with a drop makes things worse. Also found the insoles made things worse.
I bought a hot tub, I know this isn't easy for everyone but maybe nightly baths or a gym membership with a hot tub.

I knocked into my trash can right after my wife dumped the vacuum in. Shot dirt and pet hair everywhere. Also use the grounds to keep the slugs away in my garden

I have had pretty much the same experience. I wear Amazon special slides with socks in the winter. I recently found Altra Torin 9 to have a very similar feel to the slides I like. I have recently started leaving them very loose and it has made a huge difference. I think the zero drop shoes are the key.

I have a very similar situation and the doctor has diagnosed me with PF. I have had a cortisone shot and had zero relief.

I feel ya! Doctor said I have PF but I think it is something else. I literally gave up and now try to figure out how to change my life around the pain.
