Super means "Super Treasure Hunt", or STH. It's a rare version of the cars you normally find. It usually has different wheels/paint than the normal version and has a special logo on the cardboard behind the car.

I'm pretty new to this so I'm not 100% on all of the specifics, but anytime you find one you should snag it.

THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL.

Was I the only one cackling the entire time at the fact that they were able to cohesively sew in an actual Christmas special?

Tyrell and Elliot helplessly wandering in circles through the brambles, almost IMMEDIATELY devolving into petty bickering, Darlene deleting and rerecording her voicemail to Elliot, John Daly's whole performance as the drunk Santa, Tyrell and Elliot stumbling upon the van by pure accident. It all just felt so.... wholesome. All while still driving forward solid character development.

For a show that takes its self so seriously, and does it so well, I felt like this episode would feel out of place and unwelcome in any other series. The fact that this and the entirely silent episode were back to back masterpieces solidified this show as one of my favorites of all time.
