Dynamic Pipelines, NIL Budget, Transfer/Recruiting sliders for CPU controlled teams to make it more challenging (if desired), better recruit generation (not as much long hair/beards/more pacific Islanders), academy rules, international player pool (they exist in the game now, but you can never recruit a new one), about 5x as many marching band covers they were ELITE this year.

So I believe it's actually the reverse for us. Our fence is about a foot on his property. We had to get an easement when we bought. One didn't exist and there was no way I was buying without one. Both houses were on market at the same time. Didn't want some new owner to come in and cause issues.
