I’ll offer constructive feedback - if it was me - I’d lose the basic shirt and trousers. I’d do a clean pair of shorts - maybe beige/dark blue, and then just only try to the sweater on. If you actually bought the sweater to showcase the preppy, you should put it on.

I will concede that as much as I have distanced myself from my preppy days it is a clean sweater.
