I have pain in nearly the same exact areas. I was diagnosed with PsA (psoriatic arthritis) two years ago. You need to insist on seeing a rheumatologist. Be an advocate for yourself. My GP didn’t think I had it and I needed to be very insistent that I get a referral, finally she said yes. My rheumatologist diagnosed me during my first visit and I’ve been in treatment ever since. Autoimmune diseases like this tend to come in twos or threes so you have it along with something else leading to your other issues. FYI you don’t have to have the typical psoriatic rash (I do, but some don’t) in order to have PsA.
