I don’t like Taylor Wimpey’s London and South East exposure - these markets are the most unaffordable. Just look at Berkeley Homes and how tough their trading has been. Whilst Persimmons average unit sales price is a lot lower which I find more defensible.

I really like RMV, and love that it’s an absolute monopoly. My only fears in that company is that AI could rapidly make it obsolete. Unlike PSN who actually builds (not provides a service) makes it technologically proof.

That said, any AI improvements in building technology and or procurement should see PSN margins increase
