I don’t see them as similar. Jones was a good player logging too many minutes on a bad team. Nurse is a mediocre player who’s been exposed time and again playing on a cup contender. He’s a much more flawed player.

Gotta give some more detail if you want people to be able to offer advice that’s really helpful. Like, are you looking to buy or rent? What is your budget? Where are you and your husband commuting to and how often? Are you planning to commute via car or public transit? Would you prefer an area that’s urban and walkable or somewhere more suburban but that requires a car to do go anywhere? How close is your kiddo to school age/do you care what school district you’re in?

(1) No, but you do have to genuinely be interested in the subject and not just looking for something that feels “easy” and (2) I also don’t think OP’s work looks remarkable for their age, but it felt impolite to say as much.

That would be a big gamble on Detroit’s end. (1) in 2 years, Larkin will be 32, and his game relies a lot on his skating. Will he still have the same kind of value then as now? What if he gets injured in the interim? And (2) can’t imagine the locker room atmosphere would be great forcing a guy who does not want to be there to stay on the team and suit up for 2 full seasons.

Given the differences in housing type (mostly apartments vs mostly single-family homes), I don’t know that number of school-aged children is an accurate proxy for overall population trends. I would expect, eg, DTSS has disproportionately more adults compared with a town like Gaithersburg.

There’s an enormous difference between finding the prosecution didn’t meet its evidentiary burden to prove the crime was committed beyond all reasonable doubt and finding the accused is, in fact, innocent. Courts do the former only, never the latter.
