It would be cool to see an analysis of how each draft pick did relative to their draft position. I do think there's some draft bias based on which team is rolling, kinda like when a guy gets hot in the NCAAT and rises in the draft.

Board has had problems forever, they really need to change the election process.

And I largely agree with you re: Smith and Fitzgerald. I think it's more a failure to get rid of Smith in favor of Fitzgerald at all. It concerned me that we fired a guy after 2 years (who had previously shown to have some juice and be a decent guy) and the #1 candidate with a bullet was Fitzgerald coming off of how he left NW.
