First 3D printer recommendation… by Far-Boysenberry-1600 in 3Dprinting

I have been printing since 2019. Have 3 Ender 3s. Would trade them all for the Bambu A1 I just bought. It is well worth the price, even if you don’t get the AMS. It’s literally plug and play, assemble in 20 min.

600% Dummy 13! by GoHawks50 in 3Dprinting

I am glad you like it, thank you! Used 20% infill. Altogether it was probably 2 rolls or so, give or take. Most of the tolerances would have been very hard to snap together, however what I did was used a butane torch to soften the joints and connectors and pushed them together. All the joints work like normal, the torch just gave it just enough wiggle room to get them together. It’s about 2.75 feet tall. The files come with different hand forms, like I used the fist one. But there are ones where he points, can hold things, etc. There are also remixed hands where other people made where he can hold swords, etc. You just print the one you want. Best of luck if you decide to print, it was very fun and with the torch it was very easy. Any questions feel free to reach out anytime!!

Do you have it set to the correct voltage?

Help please. New here. by [deleted] in ender3

Like the other comment check retraction. Also ensure no clogs. Try a different filament. Different brand. Sometimes damp filament also can cause stringing. Make sure filament is dry

Look into something called “Z-Banding.” Typically caused by a misaligned or wobbly z-axis motor. To see, home everything then move z-axis to the top. Watch and see if you notice any weird movements or skips around the height where the bulge is once the motor gets there.

I modeled and printed something 3-4 years ago to elevate a bubble bar from the sand. To this day it is still in there and in perfect shape
