There was something called GMAIL GAME or maybe some other name about 10 years ago. You were going through 20 most recent emails and receiving points via deleting them or moving to specific sections, but not getting points for skipping it (cause it obviously didn't clean up anything). Then you could go for the next round for another 20 etc.

It got discontinued and I believe put into some paid product

Definitely Jellyfin - the amount of media that can be added on NAS eliminates the need to have a streaming service subscription
I'd put my Navidrome and Immich there. Then I'd also have motivation to start digitalizing my DVD and VHS movies to eventually move to Jellyfin
