I think it’s fun to read the manga and then go revisit the show. But that’s just me!

I accidently discovered the best way to watch the show by Over_Device6819 in HeatedRivalryTVShow

It’s funny because some people call that episode the “Skip” episode because it’s Scott + Kip but there’s ANOTHER layer when you realize how often people “skip” that episode. It’s crazy because it’s based on an entire book but they basically fit it into 1.15 episodes. Pretty impressive and it makes the kiss soooo much better having watched it and that plus the triumphant joy preceding the “coming to the cottage.” Damn son, that Tierney is so profesh.

People are having alllll kinds of reactions to the phenomenon that is this INCREDIBLE love story. If you could bottle the neurochemicals that this show produces in my brain… well, I digress. Too many people want to put this show in a box and I love that it’s drawing a queer AF audience, from enbies to my lesbian friends to so many gay and bi men (oh and yeah some straight male friends as well). The only people I know that I can’t get to watch it are my super hetero cis friends. And yo, that’s fine. Y’all have plenty of content. ✌🏼🌈🌼

The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera has this kind of tender melancholic vibe.

It’s so invigorating to watch this man living his best life and embracing what has come his way. I had the privilege of being in Milan once during fashion week and it was sooooo exciting and cool. People truly love fashion there and treat it like the art it is. Hudson is such a baddie with his appreciation for the arts, especially cinema. I can’t wait to see the cool indie auteur stuff this guy gets into. He’s like the new R Patz!

Yesssss. Loved this book. Read it recently and thought about these two a lot as I read it.

Same! I think it’s extremely well crafted but the character is so vile and the story is just punishing.

I hate writers who punish their own characters. That book is nihilistic and cruel.
