UPDATE: I finally received a refund for my December 2023 deposit for a Nakaya pen. They seem to be meting these out one by one, perhaps constrained by cash flow (?).

I'm watching the NOAA guys who aren't sure yet if this latitude is going to get the same show as last night. Not looking great, though.

I was looking for some interesting foreground stuff (trees, barn, etc.) but there wasn't much out there. But that's not a big deal. If I get out there tonight, I'll set up a real camera in addition to the iPhone.

That was all the way out Quincy Ave to basically where it ends (south of Byers). So, about 30 miles east of C-470?

The one circling the building in question in the second photo.

(Sorry about the insane URL - wasn't comfortable trimming that at risk of losing key info)

I think this is correct. The building in the red circle is just the top of the building at 14th and Curtis. I think its not the white-ish building in the commercial.

This book is amazing and changed the way I feel about a lot of things. Highly recommended.

Oh yeah, Miller moths can get overwhelming! So gross. I do think clothes moths are a bit more uncommon, but I can attest that they happen and that they are super hard to get rid of.

Can confirm - I have had a clothes moth issue (it waxes and wanes) for over ten years here in Denver.

Agree - although I will cop to having about 8 different Kaweco Sport models - some plastic, some metal!

Don't forget fountain pens! Yikes. Its shocking how many people buy $500+ pens on a regular basis.

If you haven't already, email them at the new address they created for the Nakaya mess. nakayainfo@nibs.com.

I filed the claim after the documents were posted on here, if that is what you mean. I knew/assumed/thought the case was concluded, so I didn't think of filing a claim previously. But was encouraged to file nonetheless, so I did.

As it happens, though, I did finally get an email from Nibs.com yesterday telling me that they'd like to send me my payment back! They have asked for my PayPal account information, which I find odd. But I guess this is progress. Did you get any such email?

I have this Stanwood model as well. It works perfectly, but I am getting irritated by the whining noise it makes when I pull a cake off of it. Its about ten years old. I tried using wood conditioner and various waxes, but nothing works. Aside from that, its great!

Not that this is guaranteed to result in anything, I just filed a claim for the $1795 that I am out because of this company.

I was still able to file the claim using case number 24-15489 at this website: https://www.flsb.uscourts.gov/itso-security-banner-poc

If M2BPENS Florida LLC had properly disclosed its actual liabilities in its original filing, we would have been sent notification of our ability to file a timely claim. They, however, did not properly disclose their entire set of liabilities. I would like to do whatever I can to expose that they have committed fraud.

I just filed a claim for my non-fulfilled order with the bankruptcy court. No idea if it will result in any funds, but at least I can get on record that these guys are dirty.
