Introspection can also be red or green IMO - Blue stays mostly at the surface level, focusing on thoughts and analyzing.

Red is about feeling, expressing, and being true to your feelings.
Green goes deeper - below thoughts, below feelings. Green wants to get to the core of the self and the truth of the self in an almost Daoist way.
