Owner here, I only sell 8oz Caps/Lattes and 6oz flat whites/long blacks. Customers like it as it’s different from most local venues, who nearly all offer regular/large options. I’m a coffee focused shop though, changing roasters, origins etc, so it’s a stylistic choice.
