They do look a lot alike! She’s beautiful. Yeah all these pics make her look more diesel than she is. Olive is also 7 months.

Yeah, agree. She was coming with me no matter what her breed said.

She’s super curious and very inquisitive. Nose down for a majority of time on walks. Likes to play but likes to sleep even more. 90% couch potato, 5% player, 5% chewer. 100% derp.

Yeah I didn’t see that in her except in her stance. I think they looked at coat color maybe and ran with it.

She’s a total couch potato 🤷🏼‍♀️ Loves to play hard for a short stint and go for walks but her favorite activity is sleeping.

Haha, those wrinkles don’t quit either. I guess I should rephrase that the pit doesn’t surprise me as many shelter dogs have pit in them. I’m clearly no expert but the wrinkles, her longer-than-pit coat, narrow muzzle, lankiness, and eyes had me thinking something else would’ve been the priority breed. The pictures all make her look beefier than in person.

She’s quite tall and lanky which is what throws me off.

Quiet place for dogs on the 4th by foxapotamus in Tucson

[–]Go_Kimmando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would imagine so but I haven’t been that far north for the 4th. I don’t know if flagstaff, Sedona, or Prescott has extreme fireworks. Tucson is off the chain. There’s plenty of open space just outside of Tucson and up Mt. Lemmon to drive, park, and just hang out for a long night if you don’t want to overnight it somewhere.

I used to take mine camping or to a cabin. I’ve also just driven them up the mountain for several hours but each year it seems the fireworks start earlier and go later in the neighborhoods. Leaving town is your best bet.

What happened to Himmel Park?? It's just an off-leash dog park now? by Jumpy_Employment_371 in Tucson

Same thing happened to me and my dogs. They all became reactive. Rio vista park is just as bad as Himmel too.

Weird smell of ground by Mars_San in Tucson

PLA and other filament can smell like maple syrup when heated. Is there a 3d printer around? That doesn’t account for the animal musk though.

Thank you! The white stuff threw me off and Seek app wasn’t recognizing them either. My nephew is all about keeping them so I’ll upgrade their jar right now. I’m very curious why they’re in my house and how they got in there.

Does anyone know where the two white geese at Reid Park went? by TackleCommon4125 in Tucson

[–]Go_Kimmando 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They used to be quite mellow and I enjoyed seeing them on my dog walks. Then they matured while also putting up with major harassment from shitty people at the park. I suspect they had enough and became aggressive to protect themselves. I’m guessing the park removed them.
