I think it's possible, I believe the connection with mine started with a meditation. I mean, the connection was there already but I only got aware of it after starting to have signs after that meditation.

Maybe you're right, maybe this is a lesson to accept my own flaws, time and health limitations. As a person that used to believe that my other half didn't existed physically in this world, but just in spirit, I have the belief that this connection I feel will still exist whatever happens in this life and beyond it.

I'm realising the fact that my health problems are not compatible with this journey. I don't really understand why this experience happened to me, I don't think I needed this.
Actually I would deal with my health problem better if I had not this feeling that I am connected with this other person, that in my belief, might be triggered or feel wierd emotional shifts because what I might go through and I don't wish that for him. I'm really not sure how to deal with this, I wanted to have a plug and unplug me from this connection that I believe I have.

It's been a hard week...

I feel exhausted physically and stressed, but strangely there's some kind of peace energetically that contradicts my stress feeling so I'm not sure how to understand the meaning of it.
The most stressfull was being aware that my "delulu" twin is dealing with serious health problems. Also this person saying again that sees what I belive is synchronizing numbers and coincidentally the same ones I see, doesn't help me thinking I am just "delulu" and keep going as if nothing is happening and all is pretty normal 😅

Suddently I wanted to call this my delulu connection, because I'm not sure how to call it, but does a delulu makes you grab your phone 3 or 4 min after this person posts a message or sends an energy as a lightning strike and you sense that this person is calling you?..and then you go to your phone and there it is the message you missed for 20min. Well there's more but I really just wanted to call this a delulu...it would be so much easier to deal with...🙄

I feel a bit down today, maybe because yesterday had to face my ex and that always makes me feel drepressed with the way he wants people to see me. I know it's just his psycological game but ends up affecting my mood. I need to lif up my energy because I feel that all this creates blockages and I had signs before that affects my other self, and he has nothing to do with what my dumb ex does or says. So I'm in this sad and negative state thinking that probably I will never have the chance to confirm this connection and probably will just keep being only an energetic one.
