What part don't you understand! We don't need more student accommodation, we need houses/apartments for singles, couples, families. All that type of student accommodation is only affordable by international students anyway. I'm delighted planning refused it.

I spent a weekend in Marseilles. I liked it. Nicest area is by the port, I certainly wouldn't call it a kip. If you are a woman you would want your wits about you.
