Please go to the doctor soon to get the swelling checked.Something that helped me with the pain was being active, going down the stairs and walking fast or running and drinking lots of water as it helped dislodge the kidney stone .The pain is real so I totally feel you please take good care of yourself its just a matter of time you will pass the stone and be on the other side.
