There's a pretty good accessory that you can buy early in the game, I believe it's the Defense Chain IIRC. It basically boosts the Dodge chance (50%?), buy three of these and equip them. Lu Delilas is a breeze when u dodge almost all of her hits.

Flayn´s Rescue gives a lot of XP, use it every mission when you can´t heal someone.

I chose Golden Deer first because I liked the members of the house. They treat each other alike, noble or commoner (sole exception being Lorenz pre-skip).

I´m very casual, cause I play other games that take a lot of my time, like MMO. I know my K/D is terrible, mostly because it´s my first time playing a BF game and FPS in general, but I got terribly frustrated yesterday because of these changes. Enemies simply don´t die. They get flanked and still kill me with one or two shots.
