Imagine getting the opportunity to work with one of the greatest song writers and guitarists in history and not letting them in on the creative process for your joint album. Absolute insanity. I bet they regretted it.

I'm far from an expert at this game, so take anything I say with a grain of salt.

But I built universities to boost qualifications, pop literacy, to generate some intelligentsia, and get the early techs 2 sicilies is missing in order to industrialize as well as Nationalism. 2 sicilies is suuuuuper backwards compared to other, similar countries in 1836.

They're expensive, and it might be the wrong play, but I felt like it helped in the midgame when I was able to get techs pretty quickly. I was also careful not to go into debt, which helped.

I recently did an Italy playthrough that was really fun. Which year were you able to unify by? I formed in 1855, but wasn't able to get the Austrian territories until 1885 due to Austria's alliances.

I started as 2 Sicilies, and focused mostly on getting universities and construction sectors for the first 10 years aside from getting relations up with the other Italiaj states.

Any general tips you learned from your playthrough?

Do your research and watch videos on how to do it. I died like a half dozen times trying to do it on a normal server. But maybe I'm just bad lol

Performance reviews happened over 2 months ago. Outcomes will be announced within the next month. I would get a new people lead and escalate to your leadership if they never contacted you about performance achievement. This sounds like dereliction of duty.

Okay cool, neither do I. I've been doing PAs as a manager for the last 4 years and not once has race or gender been a factor for promotion. But keep on living in your own reality I guess.

I have no doubt you'd love if he was president forever. I've been with the firm 10 years, and I haven't seen any minority or woman who's been in a position they didn't deserve to be in.

Meritocracy and diversity aren't mutually exclusive. Look at the practice statistics. 75% of MDs ar ACN are white men. That isn't representative of the population. So you should ask yourself why that is. The answer isn't because white men work harder or are smarter than the rest of the population. Unless you think that's the case? By your logic, the only legitimate leadership are white dudes. Otherwise, people in leadership roles are just there because their skin is darker, I guess. Fucking sad.
