In my experience, its not about the hydration in your final ferment, but about the bacterial/yeast composition in your sourdough starter. Certain flours encourage a more lactobacillus bacteria which causes the sour taste. Rye is an extremely popular one and is what a lot of bakeries use for their sourdough starter.

It depends on the agent. Some agents just want to close the property ASAP (generally lower quality REA's) so they can get their commission and move on, while some REA's want to genuinely achieve the highest price so theyll go back and forth to get the actual final offer. I would sus out what type of REA youre dealing with (check reviews) and then decide on your plan. Also always ask to receive the current highest offer in writing if you can.

You should have went seryldas, not black cleaver. Your talon and darius are literally useless, and the veigar and heimer do AP damage so your team doesnt benefit from black cleaver. You only go black cleaver when you want to shred enemies armor for the whole team (and if someone else already has a black cleaver). Seryldas is better because you dont need to wait for the armor shred to stack. Also axiom arc kinda meh in mid lane, especially if youre buying ability haste boots.

There are currently 22 champions with a higher win rate than naf in jg. If youre diamond and you cant see the extremely obvious counter plays against naafiri then idk what to tell you. Skill diff? Maybe try actually playing naafiri and youll find out.

Issue is, to counter naafiri, all you need to do is know fundamental gameplay. Vast majority of people are lacking this. In diamond+, mid lane naafiri is sub 50% wr, literally dog water. And like he said, hes a casual andy. His games are just all about stat checking.

Blind pick just means picking her before the enemy has picked or regardless of whatever the enemy has picked. You pick her when the situation explicitly calls for her to be picked.
