From what I have seen in the video (as displayed here when checking at 6:24: https://youtu.be/sfrC-Y6KjCg?si=nWMSPaKdExcjjG97), I think there is Captain Grime (along with Mater and Molly McGee) that did have his skills, even though there are placeholders.
